i'm a mother and a wife and i think doing the same thing everyday for my love ones will not stop me from doing it again and again. Household stuffs, waking up early, groceries and more and thinking that even if i do the same things everyday, i know i am giving everyone in my family a diferrent tomorrow and it makes me happy and complete all year round.

Yes, there are days that I get tired of doing the same old thing day after day. But then I have a reality check and realize how lucky I am to be able to be here for my children. I am here to put my kids on the bus for school, get them off the bus, have dinner ready, go to all sporting events and stay home with them in the summer~ as well as being able to keep my house clean and presentable.
Lots of working moms don't have the opportunities with their children that we have.

i think all the moms wanted to do the same thing like us, it's just that they don't have enough time like us especially when they are working, they just need to work things out during free times, weekends and holidays

My youngest son lives in Virginia and I live in Michigan. We talk almost everyday on the phone. He called me yesterday to get my help cooking his supper! lol So I walked him through seasoning and tenderizing his steaks. WooHoo! He is finally graduating from mac-n-cheese!

Hi.
I really appreciate that. You women must be made up of something else (something really good!). For you the most of the world is your family and your loved once.
I just can't bear day in and day out doing the same thing time and again.

Yes, I believe that if you do the same things every day it does get old. I don't think that it matters if you are a working mom or a stay at home mom either. I get tired of going to work every day and then coming home and doing all the other things that I need to do throughout the day. Howeer, I do it as I love my family and I know that they appreciate me.

most of the times they don't say it was a "great job mom", but deep inside we know they appreaicte it.

Some get tired of it, but the good ones know the difference they are making in their families lives and feel as you do. My "babies" are 25, 26, & 27 and they respect me. It definitely was not easy. It definitely was worth it!

of course they do but it usually doesn't k\last long or it shouldn't. i think everyone's life catches up w/them every once in awhile but if you'll just count your blessings & look around at other people who are not as fortunate as you are to have a good husband & wonderful children. children are a blessing.

I always admire my mother for doing the same thing everyday, wake up early in the morning, prepare my breakfast, doing the household chores, etc. Doing those things made me feel that I am very important to her. Maybe I will do the same thing if I already have my own family. Serving them is my pleasure.

well, i'm not a mother yet but i am a wife... and yes... i get really bored and tired of doing the same thing everyday sometimes... i need a break from the daily routines every now and then to clear my minds and relax... only after that i can function again with my full-time job and duties as a wife... otherwise, i will flat out if i don't take a break... take care and have a nice day...

I thin mothers/wife will get tired to do the same thing everyday. But they have no choice, the housework will have to be done by them at last.
I'm a daughter, I can see how suffer my mother have to do the housework alone and at the same time doing the part time job to help in household earning.
That's why since I was young, and certain housework I'm able to do, I will help my mother to do, so that can lighten my mother's burden. Nowadays, I'm not at home everyday, I'm working outstation, so can;t help much, but still will help out when I'm home.

when you love your family you'll do anything for them, when you get tired give yourself a break, waiting for nothing in return, good health and little laughs is already a reward

what a wonderful thing....to give everyone in your family a different tomorrow !
some chores are simply that...chores. some are simply boring. i have a friend who mixes up her chores or the order in which she normally completes them...just to make it different !

It might seem like we do the same thing over and over as a mother/wife, but the truth is, our loved ones bring a new and different day to us everyday.
It's never a dull moment here and everyday is different. I'm not tired with my life or the things I do for my family. I like where I'm at right now.
Every mother/wife will have their bad and good days, but we love the bad days just as much as the good days.

Hi bagwin same as you, will keep on doing that over and over again with all the love and joy at heart. Of course sometimes we get tired and bored, if I am, I just stop and find ways to relax and back again with a smile :)
It's a great joy serving my family to the best I can.
Thanks and good day!

Of course, we do get tired of the same things day in and day out. What I do is vary my routine or stop altogether and go out for a pizza. The last thing I would like to be is grouchy around my kids because I had a lousey, boring day. So i add pizzazz to my day by getting out of the box and doing something silly or rewarding for myself and then I am able to get on with housework.

it depends, for some people who dont get appreciated for the things they do then it can be tiresome and boring. but if you have someone that thanks you for all you do and tried to help you out then you dont mind. thats what makes it easy for me to do everything i do everyday, becuase from my kids to their father they all apreciate me and they constanty thank me for doing what i do. my boyfriend is always thanking me when i least expect it for washing the clothes or fixing him a plate of dinner. those small thank yous make it worth it.

yes that's true, somepeople don't appreciate small things done to them but i'm sure they just don't mention it everyday, with kisses before they leave, i think that's just it, they do it in actions rarely in words

yes we do tend to get tired but if we don't do the job then someone else well an we can't let our kids suffer cause we are tired of getting up an cooking breakfast, getting them ready 4 school, finding a nice tie for our husband, laying out the plans for today an then at the end of the day, no one is helping us, it really makes u tired cause you have to pick up after the kids an your husband everyday.
