Do you wear glasses or contacts? Me? no more...

No, i don't wear glasses or contacts. But i experience headaches for two days and the doctore says the cause is maybe the eyes. I haven't tried to visit eye doctor since i don't have time. I just let my eye relax when it was so exhausted reading report at work and i don't wash my face because it will affect my sight.

I have a 6/6 on both eyes so i don't require glasses or contact lenses right now but sure in the near future i will be in need of any one of them because i constantly sit before my PC and stare on it for long hours.

So far I am enjoying good visions!LOL! I am still in my normal visions and hopefully I can delay wearing contacts or eyeglasses as well. I believe that I should take good care of my eyes in order to achieve a healthy visions.. have a great day and keep on posting god discussions here in Mylot!

I wear glasses. I would have liked to wear contacts, but because I had a virus in one eye when I was younger, that eye doesn't get used to the feeling and I can't keep them in. Have a nice day

I wear my glasses since 2nd yr in college. I have 2 glasses now. I tried to wear contact lens about 1 yr and stopped, it irritated my eyes. I can't see things clearly up to 1 meter from me, but I didn't like to wear my glasses everytime, makes my eyes tired. I use my glasses when I watching TV or movie or to see people

i'm wearing glasses since i was 14 if i'm not mistaken, sometimes feel tired in wearing it, but when i go to gym or do some hardcore activity i will choose to wear lens ... to me lens is optional, but it truth wearing lens makes u more younger than wearing glasses .. hahah

I have glasses. I should be wearing them but I always forget. Besides, I usually get a headache when I wear them (than when I'm not). I guess, it's just I'm not used to wearing them. Now, I have to thank you for this post as it reminded me to wear my glasses :P Thanks!

hi mycharm! i hope you not having those headaches anymore. but i agree, headaches has something to do with our eyes. i experienced something like that when i was in high school. i used to have mild headaches and then i felt there was something wrong with my eyes. my mother took me to an EENT specialist and after the examination, the doctor recommended that i wear an eyeglass for six months. and i did. i kinda enjoyed wearing it because i felt like smarter. but it was a lot of hassle too so i was happy when it was finally time to stop using it. and i guess it did its work to my eyes. plus of course, i was taking a medication too then. but the eyeglass was effective. i don't wear glasses anymore and i certainly don't wear contact lenses. its a bit of a hassle to wear contacts as far as i can see. i have an officemate who wears one. and she can't sleep at lunchbreaks because of it. ^__^;;

I have been wearing glasses for more than half my life on earth! But sometimes I wear contact lens... however glasses seem more comfortable than contact lens!

I am wearing glasses right from 1986. Constant use of glasses has prevented my eyes power from further deterioration.

Hi well i am far sighted and i use glasses daily and most of time specially when working on computer, watching Tv or Driving. where as during reading and writing i can do without them. I am not comfortable with lenses so these are glasses sitting on my nose.and i dont mind looking bit older. I wear glasses and have worn glasses since I was fourteen or fifteen! I lost my galsses for almost a year though. I really need to get a new prescription, but that's something I need to schedule an apointment for but keep putting off!

I don't use glasses or contact lens. i too use computer more than 4 hours daily. i have lcd monitor and i am not having any problem with long usage of computer. use low brightness to reduce strain on eyes.

I used to wear eye glasses because that's what my optometrist told me.Just like you i found out that it doesn't really cure you but instead after 1 year your grade increase that's why i stop wearing it.I only wear it when it is necessary.

I still wear glasses, but I would have to have lasik surgery done to repair my eyes.

I have this two kinds. Sometimes I wear glasses when I 'm in home, I go out wear contacts it's make me look nice. If you are really with a bad sight is no good to you don't wear glasses. Often wear contacts can do harm to eyes, so I keep wear this two kind of glasses. I almost wear three days in a week for contacts.

I wear contacts and glasses. When you go to your eye doctor, make sure you tell them that you spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. My contacts and glasses have this sort of tint in them so that my eyes and head won't hurt when I spend hours and hours online. I take online classes and most of the jobs I have had required me to be in front of a screen all day. Until then, better get some ibprofen so that you can treat your headaches without hurting your body. Good luck!

I need my eyeglasses. actually, it's both a correctional glasses and at the same time a computer glasses. I need it since I'm in front of the computer almost 24 hours a day. I don't like wearing contacts. Haven't worn one actually. I'm afraid that with my clumsiness, I will get my first incident of an eye infection. haahhaha. will never try that... never!

glasses are better when compared to lenses...
