hi, valerial. once i saw a tv show about diet. white gourd and cucumber is the best for diet, which can fill up your stomach. and they helps digest without turing them to suger or something that can not make you fat. it is suggested to eat some fresh cucumber before you take the meal.

Actually u still got to eat 5 times a day although u are dieting. This is to make sure that your metabolism is active. Juz control on the portion & the ingredients on food u take. during your snack time try to eat more fruits & vegetables ... not to forget to do some exercise for better result. Happy dieting.

In the summer I think the melons are a good thing to have, things like watermelon, rock melon and honey dew, they seem to fill you up and refresh you as well....I think there is a well known watermelon diet...

About vegetable for diet i think is cabbage. I read that this vegie help to reduce fat in our body.
But i think all vegetable is healthy as long as we consume it naturally.

Broccoli is the best vegetable you can eat.
REMEMBER, portion sizes.
Meat should be the size of your palm (without your fingers) and the same thickness. Alternatively, weight your meat. For women: 120-150g. Men: 150g-200g.
Here are some other tips to help with losing weight:
Try to eat 3 cups of vegetables a day. Drink 2 litres of water, AT LEAST!
Try eat fish 3 times a week.
Have meat with the fat/skin cut off.
Avocado is rich in good oils, try eat 2-3 times a week.
Keep your carbohydrate intake to a limit: try and avoid starchy vegetalbes such as potato, pumpkin, corn and peas.
Avoid fruits high in sugar: any melons, wqatermelon, honeydew, rockmelon etc.. pineapple, banana.

i think eating tomato in empty stomach makes you less hungry .... try this this is very use full for people who are in diet..
carrot, beans and cucumber are good for ur health
