Help! Bug bites everywhere!

I would really like to know some of your home remedies for mosquito bites, I'm desperate!
I was at a friends house two days ago, and even though we were around a bonfire, I got completely tore up by the bugs. I'm so itchy that I can't even sit still, let alone just try not to think about them.
Can anyone help me out with this?

Haha I know that this is really old, but as a gal who's allergic to mosquitoes, I felt that I had to answer. Ice (or ice packs) is your friend. Stay cool, the heat always makes them itchier. There's also this after-sun stuff called Solarcaine that can be used for bugbites, it gives this nice, cool, numbing sensation and I love it. ^_^
