How often you go to gym a week

I go to the 'exercise room' three days a week minimum. I use two ten pound weights to stretch and warm up with the do 20 to 20 sit ups on an inclined beam. After that I use the an exercycle. a stair stepper or the tread mill for twenty to forty minutes and cool down doing bends on another machine. But the most fun I have is going to the senior's exercise class afterward, where we stretch and bend and toss a ball around for about thirty minutes. By the way, I am female, and 77.

I go to the gym 3 days a week. I love the treadmill and the stepper. this is all I do, and then I leave or and the bike. between the 3 I have a great workout, and I feel great until my next visit. have a good one

3-4 times a week, 2-3 hours. The days am not in a gym, i'd do some stretching, hulahoop, twister, or jump rope. :D
the exercise i hate the most is the Leg Curl.. it hurts my buttocks and my back leg. :( but i have to do it if i want to have great butt. lol!

I have my own gym and I do bodybuilding thrice a week with one day rest in between. Going to the gym daily will simply burn your muscles and won't allow them recovery time. Your muscles develop during your deep sleep not by pumping everyday. Well, I have taken one month off from gym and will resume soon.
