In our country, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why I was surprised when I went to Europe and the hotel breakfast consist of only cereals, bread and eggs, by midday after all those tours and walking, we're very hungry. I cannot survive with just meager breakfast especially I'm working and I need all the energy and nutrients to think right. Unlike you work in the afternoon or at night, I think heavy meal should be done during breakfast time.

Hi friend,
I give more preference for fruits rather than taking breakfast. On sundays and saturday i will surely prepare breakfast, but in working day its not compulsion. You get high calories of energy only when you good amount of raw food items not oil related stuffs.More calories of energy are being produced with the help of fruits only and leafy vegetable juices. If you take them constantly that is not only good for health but also it is good to active your brain too.I think where ever you go try to make your body to adjust with full of fruits.Than it won't be a problem for you because wherever you go fruits are avaliable,so that you can adjust any where rather than taking meals too much.
Have a nice day.

No, I usually dont have enough time to have a heavy breakfast. In fact i rarely have breakfast at all, maybe only a snack or a croissant or a pie. I know it isnt healthy for me, but sadly cant do much for it at the moment. usually fruit are good choice for breakfast though. Light and nutritious too.

As for me, I eat what ever foods I like during breakfast. There are times that I like my breakfast consist of bread and milk only. There are times I go for heavy foods. Sometimes I only eat fruits.
I like cereals too and quaker oats. I love pan cakes too in breakfast. What I liked best on breakfast is salted eggs and fried eggplant. Just
thinking about it makes my mouth waters.

No. I tend to sleep more rather than having my breakfast. But based on the research, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because its your engine for the whole day. Sometimes I want to try a heavy meal during breakfast but I'm having a hard time to wake up that lose my motivation to eat. I just compensate it during my lunch.
