Stanley garage door opener

I have a stanley quiet glide garage door opener in a rent house. The old renters changed all of the adjustments and I can't find my papers on the system. How do I reset the controls on the system?

Hi, first of all I'd contact your landlord or agent and let them know about this. I have no idea how to change the settings, but if you are renting you should have been shown how to fix it. Good luck!@\
