I think most of us do. At 44 I'm feeling and looking the best I ever have in my life. If you take care of yourself you will have a pretty good chance of getting better as you age. Do you agree?

Rixelly Yes they can. I have made a point of staying out of the sun as much as possible and using very little product on my face. I wash with water and clean my skin with tea tree oil then moisturise it. That's all. I wear little make up, I find too much can...

Rixelly Yes I agree too. It's not always just the physical, but there is something amazing about a confident older woman. I hope that I am showing that to when other people look at me.

Rixelly No worries :) I've really taken to fruit in the last year or so. I never really ate much of it until I got a bit older and my children love it. I always say to them, you never have to ask if you want to eat any fruit or vegetable ... just take it and eat...

Rixelly We have a great juicer and often make our own. My favourite is apple and carrot. My children love making varied ones with all sorts of fruits and sometimes end up with some amazing tropical drinks that are really very nice!
