Hi friends, I think when god created a nurse he must have done overtime, as the specifications for a nurse are very high.Because a nurse has to be able to help an injured person, breathe life into a dying person, give comfort to a family that has lost their only children, and not to wrinkle their uniform , They are able to lift weight up to three times of their weight, have to work 12 to 16 hrs without missing any details. what do you think about the life of a nurse. How much they are importance to our social life?

Hi mahesh, Nurses are real angels from heaven. They realy help docters to save life of patients. I do not think their is any professsion better than nursing to serve humanity. They are actulay made by god in extra time and extra efforts to make a complete nurse.

I think that being a nurse takes a very special person.I feel that it is a blessing to have a good nurse..They can be so caring and help so much.I have a granddaughter that is a nurse, she cares about people and has much compassion, and in the health field a nurse is a very special asset..I would hate to be in a world without nurses....They work hard, and do so much...I love nurses, and they make your hospital stay much better...I am talking about a dedicated nurse, someone who has it in their heart to help people..I have seen nurses that was not dedicated and i feel that they picked the wrong career, but when you get a nurse that has it within them to help others they are wonderful....They make the world a better place...God Bless Nurses........

A good nurse is priceless. Many times they are the only link to the patient cause the doctor does not spend that much time with the them. They are only now getting paid better. For years they were not paid enough compared with all the work they do.

My sister is a nurse so i know wha you mean... their job is of utmost importance to us... especially when we need to stay in the hospital for some time... in my country... they are like one of the most underpaid workers... so it is not a wonder why they opt to work abroad... where their services are much more appreciated financially... But i never dreamed of becoming a nurse... since the responsibilty is too much for me to handle...

I am going to school to be a nurse and look forward to the experiences to come. Nursing is definitely hard work but very rewarding. Nurses must be caring, have the ability to think on their feet, the ability to handle confidentiality, patience with the young and the elderly, the ability to remain calm under pressure. They also must enjoy learning about the human body and helping people. Nursing is indeed both an art and a science. Nurses touch people's lives at a time when they need help. They are the backbone of our healthcare system. One of the most respected professions.

I really admire nurses. It's a tough job. Long hours and staying alert at the same time. We have a daughter who is a paramedic and that's also a tough job. She works 24 hour shifts. They get an emergency in the middle of the night, they go no matter what the circumstances and no matter what the weather. She is also a firefighter.

I had an aunt and a great aunt who were nurses and I have a lot of respect for the profession. Men and women who go into that field are usually very giving, helpful people who get a great deal of satisfaction from their jobs. I wanted to go into that myself, but I'm not suited for the physical part of the job due to my scoliosis (born with a crooked back). Without nurses, a lot of people would die in spite of skilled surgeons and doctors!

I think it takes a very special person to be a nurse. They do work long hard hours and have to know so much for thier jobs. Not any one can be a nurse. They have to have heart, strength, compasion, and knowledge.
