I believe its a real love story. Love started with the boat but never has an end.

i doubt that too...i think just for the sake of entertainment and romanticism that's why jack and rose surfaced. ^_^ i'm pretty sure there are a lot of couples there in the titanic but no way one existed as detailed as jack and rose's story...
