mstriguna I wish I would have posted this two days early. :( hmmm... Next time onwards I will try service center option. Service center works for my vehicle but hardware is different I thought.

mstriguna no dear you are true. Dell is the best as it gives good performance throughout the year. I use Dell and Acer laptops and my acer laptop does not work sometimes but my dell works always. Good laptop to buy.
