has anyone quit smoking for a long time?

i have tried everything accupuncture, the patch, the gum, zyban, cold turkey everything and i still cant seem to kick the habbit any luck?

if you are determined to quit, you could do it easily. just focus on yoru goal and the benefits you would get once you've quit smoking. its all up to you

It hasbeen two years since i have quit smokin.You should have an objective in your mind that you have to quit it anyhow.No one can leave it in a day or two.It took me a month.I use to drink water a lot while feelin the urge to smoke.
