r u in charge of your life?

I take all the decisions of my life...But i hav some rules for me N I never break them...I take the decisions which fits in these rules..

I consult others to get there opinion if i am doing the right thing but the ultimate decision is mine.

Yes, it's okay and even advisable to ask the opinion of others when you take an important decision, but it is unacceptable to be a worn tennis ball from a palette to another. And after all, if you can not help being influenced and end up trying to be positively influenced. It is true, mode of living, lifestyle, culture, religion, all influence our decisions. These factors influence our life, but do not let them control us. No, no. Next time you choose red instead of blue, think that because if you choose color you like, or those around you that you have said it any better?

I believe I am. But it's always worth it to listen to others' opinions. They may have more experience than you and even if they don't, their opinion could be really good and could change your life. But, letting them influence is not good. You could be influenced into doing something that would profit them or not profit you. So, listen to others but it's your choice in the end. :)

me im not living my life 100 % making my own decision, my mom and dad always have the last word. I wonder why I'm already 21

i am definitely one more likely to be influenced by others or rather, i try not to make any troublesome decisions. if i do have to take one, then i definitely consult others. it's become like a habit for me to get permission from others to do something, so that they know what i'm doing. it's not a bad thing, but doing that always is not too good either. in relationship, my husband is definitely the dominant one. i usually get his permission or basically let him know what i'm doing or where i am and all. i'm not influenced easily, but if others are good at convincing, then i tend to give in easily so that would make me influenced? hehe but i definitely do not live life as per my decision as you state.

Every relationship has its share of responsiblity,recourse and influence. Whether it be with a mate, family members, or your job. And obviously whatever choices you make will ultimately effect someone else. Even though you may have the final say so, I'm sure as a responsible person you will look at how it affects those people in your sphere of influence and decide accordingly.
