i dont know about in the US but here in the Uk we can buy books from the national curriculum- i started to teach my youngest at home from the age of 3. if u cant afford these books maybe friends and family can help out...or try e-bay...

Could you get a part time job if your second child was enrolled in school? This could pay for her school and then some.

My two boys are just a little over one year apart so when one went to school the other was home with me. If the second child is showing signs of jealousy make little projects you can work on together. You can take nature walks and ask her to find certain objects...like a leaf or a shiny stone or a flower in bloom, like scavenger hunts. You can draw pictures, or read or take time to help her learn to write her name or tie her shoes. A child that age is capable of those things because I taught mine at that age. You can have her participate in cooking, sandwiches, tearing lettuce for salad, washing vegetables. Make cookies together. Teach her how to make bread and how much fun kneading the dough can be. She will need a lot of attention. Don't use the TV as babysitter.

my response is dont want any help from any one.because every body is selfish,just do the job with in 2 month in any company get some amount after that study 10 months in year,becuase the study going in 9 months in years.

hey , dont loose hope. think of what u have n not wht u don't . n then make use of ur resources to the full . u have computer and internet connection , why dont u start using it to make some money. if u need some suggestions regarding this i ll be happy to help u.

Have you tried displaced homemakers? There are programs here in Michigan that will help you get a car, is there something like that in Maine? I use to live there but I didn't know anyone had a program like that til I came to Michigan, go figure.

You may want to check out the government programs in your area. There should be a program in your area that will help you out at least with paying for child care, usualyl goes through the same office that handles WIC and Food Stamps.

Take some classes online or even do some volunteer work in your community.

Hey...dont feel low.its all a phase of life. God will surely get u out of the problems very soon. Ur best help at this time would be ur immediate family n good friends whome u think can get u out of the mess. U can even try doing something more like myLot to get atleast some money than nothing.
