So, when you go to an interview for a new job, and at the end, they ask you if YOU have any questions for them - what questions do you typically ask?
I often ask:
What skills would make the person filling this role the most successful?
What do you like about working here?
If you could change one thing about this workplace, what would it be?
And also, why is this position vacant?
What do you ask potential future employers when you are at an interview?

I am usually a nervous wreck when I go to a job interview. When they ask me if I have any questions, I usually say no, not at this time. The only thing I tell them is thank you for giving me the opportunity to work for you and I would love to be able to start as soon as possible. I also tell them they will be pleased with my work and my attendance.

It's always good to have something to ask. It shows them that you are as interested in them as they should be in you.

Wow, those are really great questions.
I went for an interview and I told my qualifications and was told what was expected of the person who got the job.
When asked about questions - I asked about a mission statement of the organization, the person then went and said he had asked his boss the same thing because he wanted to know it because the groups seem to change direction so much. I did not get the job but the person has called me back to see if I would be interested in other opportunities.

MIssion Statement, that's a good one.Or to ask about the company's value statement. It helps you understand the company and if you are a good fit for it.

I usually ask for what is the requirement you are looking for? And I think thats it. :)
Thanks for posting such a realistic discussion.
