How to deal with bullies?

i just walk away and dnt say nothing or i just let someone that im being bullied and i dnt like it so if they dnt live you alonly you just got to deal with them ask them why you what did you do and if they dnt let you know just let it go

Well theres usually only one way to deal with them since theres only one language they understand. Bully them back! Egg their house and see how they like being bullied. Lets be real here telling the teachers or supervisors usualy does nothing but make it worse.You either have to live with the bully or do something about him. Exclude the bully from work place chat or whatever just dont take it.

Actually when in school bullies won't be that understanding they know only how to hit so its bit tough to handle then in school what i used to do is to 1)ignore them as others said too 2) other way is to make them understand by saying them frankly that you are hurt please don't hurt me that may solve the problem many times3) else if you got courage and time bully then back althought this is not recommended because its waste of time and mind although its okk sometimes for fun.

Well I ignore them. I will boycott all their activities. I am lucky I did not experience any bulling at school,only at workplace. The most effective weapon is when I amswer back these bullies and they could not find the words to say.

I've never been bullied in my whole life. So I actually don't have any experience in dealing with them. But I know something good from my father, a wisdom that makes me far from bullies: Don't climb too high, don't get too low. Don't be too much, nor too little. Just do your best, but don't boast it. Just be yourself, but adapt it. Simple wisdom, and actually works. good luck

I dealed with bullies when I was younger because I didn't really know what to do. There was this one girl named Inez. She was super ugly and she only looked down on me because I was too small to do anything about it. These days in highschool girls just hate and talk behind your back. But haters keep things interesting so let them do just that. It's this boy named Xavier or something that talk ish but its nothing cause he ugly as ish and i bet his bick small. lol.
