How many teaspoons of creamer and sugar you add in your coffee?

My habit is one teaspoon of creamer and two teaspoons of sugar, which usually make my coffee not sweet enough. But I prefer not too sweet coffee. How about you? What is your normal practice? Every time when I have tea break with my colleagues,I can see them adding plenty of creamer and sugar into their coffee, until the coffee turns into very light brown color. I think the coffee must be very sweet and thick with creamer. I cannot accept this. What do you think? Tell me what you normally practice in making your coffee. Thanks for sharing.

I use 2 succrazit (sugar low) and one teaspoon of sugar for my instant coffee. I don't drink regular cofee. I love my instant coffee full of milk but not to much 'cause it can make it too cold. good day !

Hi Yenwie I love my coffee, but not with any cream as a general rule. I have to have 2 teaspoons of sugar, but then just a drop of milk, preferably the half fat, semi skimmed milk. I do however love to add cream to the top if I am making a Tia Maria coffee, then it is cream floating on the top, using the back of a spoon to get it to float and Tia Maria instead of any sugar.

I don't drink a lot of coffee but when I do I add just sugar no creamer. The number of spoons i add depends on the cup size. A Largish cup i add 2 heaping tea spoons and a regular cup i just add a single heaping teaspoon.

My Fiance and I do not drink coffee to terribly regular but when we do we usually take about 6 teaspoons of creamer and two teaspoons of sugar. It has to be very light in color before we drink it as we do not like it black. My fiance's mother is the same way but his father will not add very much to his! Have a Wonderfully Lovely Day!

Interesting that you say tea break! In USA they call it coffee break or just break. Back to the subject I actually do not like sugar I use sweet low and I use milk, just a bit, in my coffee!

I can't stand the taste of black coffee, whenever I get it I dump a lot of sugar into it (more than just a few teaspoons). Even with all of the sugar, I still can't stand the taste of it. Maybe it has to do with my upbringing, my Mother never drank coffee so I never tasted it until two or three years ago.

I use liquid creamer, typically half and half and prefer lots of cream. I usually add one to two spoonfuls of sugar but can drink coffee with cream only. Sometimes prefer it this way. I can drink coffee without cream but it is not preferred. I used to use the flavored creamers like from coffee mate but have stayed away from them and only use on occassion. Not that great for me, high in calories, and getting to expensive. I can usually flavor up the coffee with things I have at home, like cinnamon, vanilla etc.

I have a tall mug for my coffee. I do not like regular coffee. I only drink flavored coffee, I put about two to three teaspoons of sugar in it and I do the same with the creamer.

i add way too much sugar no creamer. thank heavens i don't drink a whole lot of coffee. i put about 4 tsp. a cup. i have tried using artificial sweetners in my coffee but they just don't taste good. i use them in my iced tea all the time & like them fine.

I don't add any of either... I like my coffee black... I do, however, sometimes crave sweet drinks... Other than soda or iced teas, I do goto starbucks... I have a buddy I hang out with once a month at starbucks just to shoot the breeze & complain about work & just a guy stuff... I get my sweet coffee fix then... Because of the price of the starbucks coffees, I don't get to go there as often as I'd like to...

Hi , When I was younger I used to only drink myu coffee black , and no one ever understood that . I just wanted something to drink fast and wake me up , and i never really enjoyed it . Now I like to jazz my stuff up with a dash of splenda , and a creamer , and sometimes some cinnamon . I like to do flavors sometimes too . Latley I make blueberry tea and will add milk and sugar , just a pinch and it turns all most white . I really do enjoy that . I just used up the last of my blueberry tea now , and have to get some more . Cheers

Hi, when I drink coffee I usually place about 3 teaspoon of sugar and creamer. I like my coffee to have a light brown color. My preference of taste is sweet so most of the time my coffee tastes sweet and rich with creamer.

I find the coffee to be more delicious if I put in 2 sachets each of sugar and creamer. But if I want the coffee strong to really perk me up I would only put one sachet each. The taste can also help wake you up.

I normally drink my coffee black. However, I like all sorts of coffee so adding a little sugar and creamer is nice every now and again. I also love cappicinos and lattes which are mostly steamed milk with espresso. But it all depends on the day. I think I am one of the perfect coffee drinkers. I am not addicted and only drink it every now and again, plus I am easy to please and don't require anything specific to be happy with my coffee.

One teaspoon each, i.e creamer and sugar, should be enough for a cup of coffee. Taking less sugar keeps you away from dangerous deseases such as highblood pressure and diabetes. Our food such as cakes, biscuits, sweets etc already contain a lot of sugar. So with sweet drinks taken along with other sweet food, increases the sugar intake in your body. So don't overload yourself with unnecessary excess sugar.

I know it's weird but I think of myself as a single serving guy. During the movie Fight Club, Brad Pitt and Edward Norton are having a discussion about single serving friends. For some reason that has stuck with me since and I have noticed that for a cup of coffee (not a super-sized tub) but a regular cup of coffee you would get in a diner, I put exactly one packet of sugar and one creamer. To me that is the perfect blend of coffee, creamer, and sugar. The only other thing is that I prefer Sugar in the Raw to processed sugar.
