I prefer roasted chicken, too! No need for oil yet it is moist, and although the skin isn't crunchy because it has no breading, the chicken skin from a roasted chicken taste great, too! Is it your first time to eat roasted chicken, Mat? I hope you can eat some again soon. Happy eating!

I want roasted chicken. For a very good reason why, it's healthier than fried. And it's really delicious.

roasted chicken is my favorite because it taste good and because there are less fat and calories than fried chicken. but the fat is the good part so their both good to eat.

I love chicken so it could be fried or roasted for me. I like experimenting with new and easy recipes and particularly like the chicken recipes and videos at http://ifood.tv/network/chicken/recipes

i like roasted chicken better than fried. aside from it is more tasty for me it is also healthier because in the rotisserie, the fats of the chicken from the inside are draining making it less in cholesterol unlike in fried which most often the chicken is cooked deep in oil.

Roasted chicken is so much healthier for us but doesn't taste nearly as good. I figure you can't go wrong with deep fried chicken. All the spices and juicy goodness is just too much to pass up!
