Is it just me... or have the discussions slowed down on myLot today?

Maybe it's only in my interests (though I have several hundred chosen!), but everything seems to be moving slowly on the site today. Do you think it's because everyone's working, or due to the recent update earlier today? 
I'm surprised, because it's usually not this slow. Or maybe it's just my imagination.
-Are you keeping busy on myLot today, or is it slow for you?
-What do you do when myLot gets slow? Do you post discussions yourself, go elsewhere, dance in your computer chair, what?

People have lives that sometimes get in the way of MyLot activity such as sickness, duties, work, you name it. Things will pick back up shortly if there is indeed a slowdown.

Personally, I suffer migraines that can keep me from MyLot for days at a time. The medication I take for the migraines kill the pain but do not eliminate other effects such as odd spots in my sight. I generally need to go to bed.

Other times, my computer will require my attention as it calls for regular care.

It is close or around the time of year for summer schools and camps for children. Many MyLotters have them. Although I admit Wednesday is a touch odd for a lull.

Ugh, migraines are no fun at all. But at any rate, yes, that's true, people do have lives off of myLot. It was just interesting how slow it got today of all days. I can understand the weekends, because everyone would likely want to enjoy their free time (I don't come online on Saturdays/Sundays at all), but Wednesday? Seemed a bit strange. Thanks for replying!

i have been struggling to get on here for the past couple of days so i have pleanty of discussions to be catching up with, therfore have not really noticed if it is slow or not
i too tend to only answer discussions from my interests
occasionally i will go onto new discussions and take a peep.
if there is nothing here on mylot for me i usually go and browse the net and come back at a later time

Well it's good that you're being kept busy on here catching up with discussions... all of mine are pretty much caught up, and the ones showing up today aren't that interesting or aren't moving very fast... thank you for sharing!

I thought that I had noticed that too. But everytime I think something no one thinks it so I didnt say anything. LOL!
