I have been using this for about four years, I use it on myself and on my animals. We have 14 Llamas and they respond to this very well. I have also found this is a great sleep aide. It is the energy I send when there is a request for prayer and even though I am not connected with any religion is allows me to send this positive energy toward any situation. Each month reiki is sent for world healing by a large group, we each send it at 7:30PM in our time zone. If you don't already do this and would like to know the time in May that this will be happening I can send you a PM about it. Thanks Pat

Same with me, about 4 years ago too.
Reiki is not just positive energy, it's a divine energy.
I believe animals and plants respond very well to reiki too. For world or more universal healing I join weekly online prayer, although it's not a large group.

Hello savypat,
I use reiki about everyday. I am a massage therapist so I use it in my work always and i'm a mom so I use it on my kids, myself, my friends, family and my dogs. When my youngest step child gets hurt she comes to me and asks "will you do that heat thing and make it feel better"
Reiki in my opinion is an awesome mode of healing energy
