Favorite Classic PC Games

I must say that my favorite classic pc game is Baldur's Gate 2. I loved the storyline and the graphics. Being able to have a romance was cool too. I've played it several times and am in the process of playing it once more. You are probably saying that BG2 isn't a classic game, but in my opinion it is. It has lead to the development of other Dungeons and Dragons games. What is your favorite classic pc game? Do you still play it from time to time?

Oh Baldur's Gate is so much fun... And I thankfully have a friend who's into it too (even more so than me, haha). Right now I'm really into replaying Sid Meier's Civilization III. I believe it's also a classic, and just as addicting to play.

I haven't played that game, but I've heard of it. I should see if I can find it and play. :D Thanks for the reply.

If you have any 5 And Below stores in your area, you should be able to find a copy of the game for around five bucks these days. There are older and newer versions you can check out too if you like but Civ III is my favorite.

DOOM, Wolfinstein (sp?), Duke Nukem are my favorites, but I don't really play them anymore though. I love first-person shooter games. I never heard of the game you're talking about though. Is it an RPG? About what year did it come out?

Yep, Baldur's Gate 2 is a RPG based on Dungeons and Dragons. It came out in September of 2000. I love playing it even now. Thanks for the reply.

My favorite computer game is Mahjonng...or Mahjongg...whichever is the correct spelling. I like playing it but don't play often. Sometimes I play while I am working during quiet periods between calls as I work from home as a call center agent. I have an old version that is on diskette where you can change the tile designs to one of 4 different categories. It makes it easier to find the matching tiles when you have pictures you like and can distinguish easily. The Chinese figures are sometimes hard for me to see. Currently I have two newer versions installed on my computer with lots of options, just not to change tile faces. It is a lot of fun. I also like various kinds of solitairre on the computer.
