I took my kids for a drive yesterday after I got off work and we ended up at the beach.I looked in the water and I seen what I thought was a $20 american bill. When I took off my shoes to go get it,it was actually a $50 American bill.I was so excited, lol. Now the question is which bill do I pay on with it.What do you think guys:phone or groceries?Have you ever found money before? How much? What did you do with it?I wish this happened more often, lol.

I found $100 when i was a little kid and my mom used it to buy me stuff that i need for school and new school clothes. it worked out great because she didn't have the money at that time to buy the things for me. I have found loads of smaller bills through my life.. i always love it oh, and i found $100 at a strip club one night after work, me, my cousin and some strippers went to another strip club after work ( i have no idea why lol ) but i was really happy i ended going because i found $100!! I thought it was $1 or $5 but then i saw it was a $100 and got really excited. I had also found $50 at the club on a different night but that is not unusual as i was always finding money in the club at work.. but find the big bills always excited me.

Well how lucky for you,I would say use it on what you need worse. So is it actually $50 dollars in the Babamas or is it more or less? I have found money before but dont remember what I did with it.It would be nice if it happened more but very unlikely. You have a great night.

You are really very lucky. Money doesn't grow on trees but float on water, haha. I suggest you spend it right away instead of saving it because my country folks believe that if you find extra money that is not yours origially, it's better to spend it and it will bring more luck. Good luck to you and your kids!

Many people would recommend that you go to a casino with your found money. I recommend the groceries then you actually have something tangible to show for the found money windfall. The beach was just where ou were supposed to end up that day. Keep your eyes peeled there may be more.. I find that finding money happens in spurts and that you will find amounts of it small and large for a short spurt of time and then it is gone. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Cool, congratulations. If I had to make a decision about what to spend the money on and I was in your shoes, I'd spent the money on both the phone bill and groceries. As long as you are paying your phone bill they shouldn't shut it off. You need to eat in order to have the energy to stay alive and work on myLot! I haven't found a large amount of money. Think I only found a five dollar bill once upon a time.

That was nice. I wish I could get a surprise like that once in a while. I don't think I have ever found any money that big a penny or dime at times. My brother found $100 dollar bill when we were kids and my grandmother took him to toysrus. He bought something for my cousin and himself. I was upset he didn't offer me any but he was young and hated me then lol.

That is cool that you found the money floating in the water. I just feel bad for the person who lost it. I would pick the phone bill over groceries personally.

Isn't that a wonderful feeling? I used to find money while snorkling in Hawaii. Men tend to lose cash from their swimsuit pockets. It has been some time since I went snorkling. Sometimes I find cash on the ground, like in parking lots. Good luck on deciding what to use it for!

That's great. I think I would use the money where it is needed most first, if you are running low on groceries then I would concentrate on getting something to eat and let the phone wait a day or two, because you have to eat, you don't absolutely have to talk on a phone.. unless that is your home business...

The only time i've found money beyond change or a dollar, it has been such a huge amount that I would never have felt right keeping it. I have found wallets and large wads of cash. I have always turned them in. If I found a 50.00 bill floating in the water...i'd be estatic! Good for you...hope you bought at least one lottery ticket since it appears to be your lucky day.

50 indian rupess - indian rupees 50
yep! i have also received bills but not to the tune of $50! i'm from india and i have received bills (indian rupees) on more than one occasion. But most of the times i get coins. I even got a gold chain worth $200 from a church and i returned it to the owner who was searching for that desperately!

It must be a lucky day for you but a bad day for the person who owns the money. If he is poor guy missing that $50 is a lot. He must be thinking very very hard where his money has been missing by going through his wallet many times, searching inside his pocket, and asking his friands around, "Hey, have you seen my $50?" But if he is a rich person he can't be bothered about it. And maybe he didn't even notice that he dropped his $50 in the water. So, make your conscious right. Say sorry to the poor person because you can't find him to return the money and say thank you to the rich guy for being so generous. Then, go and spend the money for a nice dinner out.
