I have so many I could choose, so I'll give you one, and that is 'Magician' by Raymond E Feist. I think it is a very good fantasy novel, following the journey of two lads, one who becomes a very powerful wizard, the other a warrior! He wrote two others in that series, also very good.

Aside from loving the Harry Potter series, I also love A Knight and Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux. I've read it 6 time since HS. It's about a lady who meets a Knight in Shining Armor (literally) from the past. He came back to the future to fix the things in his past life. It is really a nice book, full of a whole lot of roller coaster of emotions. The same book made me laugh, cry, mad, in love, surprised. I think i'llread it again one of these days.

you know, I just love the Harry Potter books too... and the movies too, for that matter! :)... anyway, thanks for the tip... I am going to have to read the Shining Armor book.. it sounds like something I would like... I read a story like it once probably also in high school... a lady historian met a man from a long time ago and they fell in love... I think he may also have been a knight.. huh....I will have to check that out.. it may have been the same book!... Thanks for the response! :)

My favorite book currently is the Artemis Fowl book series and is being written (it's not yet done) by the author Eoin Colfer.
The first book of the series centers a 12-year old child prodigy, Artemis Fowl II who used his knowledge to restore his family's fortune. However, his money-making scheme can lead to a cross-species war between leprechauns (the Fairy People) and humans (or Mud Men, as the Fairy People call it).
The main genres of the book series are adventure, science-fiction and fantasy. I recommend you to read this book of you are a true-blue fan of fantasy books!
