is wireless modem safe?

these days wifi is very much in, where you can be connected at all places as long as your computer has enough charge, but is it safe to acess wireless modem durinf rain and lightning

im pretty sure its safe.. there isnt any cords for energy to travel through so it should be.. now if you pc was plugged in then electric wise you may be in danger

Funny that you should mention that because that is what I am using at the moment and it is very safe as long as you are inside your house. During a storm you can still use it.

it's raining now and I'm using wireless. My wireless is fine and it's even playing launchcast.
