Popcorns, snacks or potato chips? Which one is your favorite when you are watching a movie in cinema? Last time,I used to practice not to eat when I was watching movie in cinema,I just bought a bottle of mineral water with me,that's it. But after I have joined my boyfriend to cinema,I found eating in cinema could be fun. With popcorns and soft drinks,it's enjoyable!.What do you think? Do you like to eat in cinema? Please share with me,thanks in advance.

I don't like popcorn, but when I'm watching movies I always need to eat a packet of maltesers or other choclates, even when it's just at home.

When I was younger and did go to the movies I liked to have soda, popcorn and some candy. I don't do the movies anymore, too many inconsiderate people go there making too much noise. I'd rather watch a movie at home.

My husband and I seldom eat anything when we are watching a movie in the cinema. That's because my husband isn't interested in snacks. And therefore we don't prepare it. And we enjoy watching the movies only.
I love China

Yup!! Always!! But I choose those foods which doesn't create noises like chips..The other moviegoers will shooh me!!
I love eating popcorns, corndogs, burgers, and a bottle of mineral water.
It has been a long time the last time we watched a movie, so I don't get to eat the "sinful" foods anymore. It's sinful because I'm diabetic.
Besides, watching a movie here costs a lot and my food costs even more .
So, what we do now, is watch dvd's on the wide screen, turn off the lights and popcorns and drinks all ready to be munched up!!

Gee Yenwie. It's been so long since I've been to a movie
theater I don't know lol. Actually, I don't bother eating
when I'm watching a movie. I get distracted too easily.
It's also way too expensive for the tickets let alone if
you want to buy the stuff they sell. You can get a full
dinner for the prices they charge. In fact usually when
we do go to the movies we go out for a bite to eat after
so hence the no snacking thing!

definitely! i love eating inside the cinema or theater. i want to eat while sitting at the uppermost part of the cinema. i love popcorn and french fries, coupled with a pineapple juice. yummy! yes, it is true that eating while watching a movie is fun. aside from that, you can avoid being hungry especially when the movie is very long.

In my younger days while I was in the hostel once a month they used to take us to the theater to watch a movie. We used to be a big bunch of us nearly 100- 150 of us.we would eagerly wait for the intermission to go out and pick up our popcorn packets and soft drinks. We used to enjoy eating all this stuff.Especially when you in the hostel we used to long for this eating session.More than the movie this was the most exciting thing about the outing. It feels good remembering the fun I had when I was young. Now I hardly go out to watch a movie its always at home at my own leisure.

Oh yeah cant go to the cinema's with having popcorn & coke combo!!!! that is almost as important as the movie itself.....cant have one with out the other.
Even at home when we have a DVD movie night we head to the supermarket first to get the munchies to go with the night :)

I don't go to movies much now but when I did I usually do not bring anything to munch. I find it too distracting. When you eat something you get thirsty then you have to eat again until the whole thing is done, it's too much of a production. I just prefer to enjoy the movie and go.

Hie Yenwie, I seldom go to the movies nowadays but when I do with my friends, I usually would have some popcorn and ice flavored tea.
And normally I would be the one eating the most of the popcorns, guess my hand is moving in high speed.
Once in crazy times, when I was a teenager, my friends and I had cakes with all the icing, eating in the dark while watching the movieWe were hungry and were late for the show. We were pretty clean and not much smudges of icing on our faces though
Cheers and have a good weekend.

I like eating all the junk that is usually associated with watching a film in the cinema, but still do not eat when being there. That's because I don't like when all people around are making lots of noise, and the smell of a food makes me think about the food more, rather than the film. If I'm watching film at home, i may take some food with me, and thus i feel comfortable because i know that i don't disturb other people. The idea that i can also eat in the cinema, so that I can feed my appetite when everyone is eating does not work for me. Then it seems like everyone is just interested in the opportunity of eating fast food.

i luv eating while watching a movie in theatre ...it comprises of cold-drinks,
popcorns - mixed flavours, sweet corns..etc..Actually it depends on the movie genre i am watching ..if its fun ..then i don't eat much ...but if its suspense , horror movie i have loads of stuff to stuff my mouth with ...:)

I usually do. I hate that I have to get something to munch on, but I almost always do. I get an icee to drink and eat popcorn and add every extra hot dog for one dollar each. It ends up being as expensive as the ticket itself, or more and I usually finish my popcorn 1/4 way through the movie because I'm impatient.

That depends. I usually eat something while watching movies. Candies, popcorns or any other snacks.
I don't eat when I am already full. And my appetite depends on the movie genre. You wouldn't catch me eating while watching a horror movie. I don't feel like eating after seeing all those blood, gore, rotten flesh and slime. I tried that once and the snack got stuck in my throat. Other than that, I enjoy eating as long as the cinema's environment is pleasant. You would lose your appetite if someone beside you vomitted or if there is the sour smell of dried up drinks.

I watch movie without drink or eat. It's for my concentrating. Anyway, I don't like popcorns. Not my taste.

I usually don't eat anything when I go to cinemas. Usually I just buy a drink, but that's it. Back when I was young, I bought popcorn every time I went to the movies. I would always eat a lot while I was watching the previews and waiting for the movie to start. However, once the movie actually started I was concentrating on the movie too hard so I completely forgot about eating.
