Hi there, I get about 5 hours sleep at night. I am fortunate that I can do without sleep very good. But when I sleep less thatn 5 hours I do get headaches too. But the reason I don't get much sleep is because my children are troublesome sleepers, they have trouble sleeping at night. So I am always busy with them at night too. I wish I could get a good nights rest once in a while, maybe when they are a little older.

I sleep around 7 hours on working days and when it is weekend, I try to catch up with my sleep in day time also. I cannot work properly, if I do not get proper sleep. To me sleep is essential for recharging our body.

I think an Average Human Should atleast sleep for 5 hours in Day
Sleeping is essential as it refreshes and revitalizes the body framework ensuring good health.
An Average Student should sleep for 6 hours in night. Avoid Sleeping in Afternoon and
provide payload to studies

Hello,Kishan! Adult human has the necessity of to sleep at lest 7/8 hours daily.sleep is a metbolic regulator and sleep disorders affect the metabolism.you are sleeping nine hours that is quite good.you are sleeping late and for that reason you are rising late.but make it a regular habit that you sleep early and getup early, your study would not hamper.your headache is due to watching tv late night and not due to excess sleeping.try to learn the art of management of time and do accordingly all your problems will be solved automatically.all the best.

Monday to Friday, I sleep between 6 to 7 hrs. This is because I need to sleep between 9 to 10 in the evening and need to wake up at around 4 am to prepare foods for my kids. If I do fail in thin routine daily, then my kids will be having trouble because they could not take their breakfast at the right time before their service will arrive and they don't have pack lunch to bring in the school. So as much as possible, I need to maintain this schedule.

I have this habit,as I have to sleep for at least 7 hours in a day. If I cannot make it, the next day,I will be very sleepy and cannot concentrate on my work. I think this is my weak point. I just cannot help myself with sleep late at night but have to wake up early in the next morning. Hence, during weekdays when I need to work,I will sleep earlier around 12pm and wake up around 7am the next day. But if tomorrow is a weekend when I don't need to work,I will sleep late because i don't have to rush the next morning. Cheers.

Usually 8 hours.I don't like having a long lazy sleep, even in the holidays I wake up very early.I think 8 hours are already enough for me and I am really full of energy everyday.

I sleep around eight hours, but it is not a full night sleep, so I have to nap during the day to catch up. I would say that you should record those games you are watching on Tv and watch them later. It is not of any earth shattering importance to see the game when it is happening. You are not betting with anyone are you?
Also you are doing too many things at once and that is counting for your headaches. You cannot study and watch cricket or football at the same time. You will not get as good a mark as you would, if you left your sports until later.

I am a night person and am up late at night on the computer and sleep late, but I usually sleep 8 or 9 hours, if I can. Sometimes this is too much as I am sluggish during the day, but other times it is just right. During the day I babysit for grandchildren but other days I might fall asleep in front of the television if I get too much sleep at night!!

nine hours is not really a long time. if i could, i'd love to sleep at least that everyday. however, i have to wake up early for work. on normal days, it's good if i get seven hours of sleep. i make it up on weekends where i sleep almost twelve hours. i enjoy waking up feeling refreshed. it's a great way to start the day. cheers ;p

with an internet connection at home, I could only sleep around 4 or 5 hours.
Now that the internet connection disconnected, I can now sleep for 8 hours.
but during weekends, with or without I-connection, i tend to sleep for.... 24 hours! taddaah! :-p
