Starting a PTC site? / myLot

Hi friends, Actually one of my good friend wanted to start a PTC Site. He told me last week.He is not a member of mylot. I do no much about PTC sites and how can he start . Anyone here know the procedure to start a PTC site? what are the materials required to start a legit PTC site?Pl give your response!

I am sorry I actually don't the answers to these questions, but I have wondered the same thing many times. I posted the same question on another board and the only response that I received is: You will not make as much money as you think you will make and it is a lot of work. Not a lot of help I know. I hope someone answers this question in great detail because I would love to know what the answer is.
