I like a good romance too - I also like it when they hhave a slight comedy element to them as that makes them more interesting! x

Anything that i find and it grabs my attention. If it doesn't get me in the first chapter i will still finish it (i can't not finish a book) but it will take forever!

I have a tendency to read any good book based on finance and management. These are my favourite topics and simply go to the library and find any new additions on these and get them issued to go through them. If i find some really informative matter i prepare a summary of the same for my future reference. I also have a liking for books based on romance and life.

I love to read motivational and inspirational books. I do also love reading true to life accounts and autobiographies of some famous people or people who have impacted the world.

I tend to prefer nonfiction and sci-fi. Not sure why I like non-fiction, but oftentimes certain topics do catch my eye and I feel an immediate urge to be informed about them. Sci-fi is mostly just for fun.

What still iterests me is the type of book from which I can learn ongoing life skills. Autobiographies of very successful people are also a step up in the learning curve. Books like: 'Think and grow Rich,' and 'The power of positive thinking' etc. are all very useful to re-read and grow in proportion to what you can learn.

My favorite genre is horror followed closely by biography or autobiograhy. I am reading a biography combined with fact right now. Shock by Kitty Dukakis. it is an interesting book although from my perspective there is too much info. about electroshock and not enough about her personal situation.

Let's see... I'm a fan of historical fiction/mystery novels, but I'm also a lover of fantasy (not necessarily science fiction).

My favorite books for light reading are probably mysteries. For a while I was into chick lit, but that got kind of old, especially as more authors jumped on the bandwagon of Bridget Jones Diary, etc. and the quality went down, in my opinion. On the other hand, I have been reading mysteries for years. I tend to prefer cozy mysteries or at least amateur or non-traditional sleuth mysteries as opposed to police procedurals.

I am a fan of novels that has a historical background on it. And I'm also a fan of books of the satirical genre. If you're a filipino, you might have heard of Bob Ong, he's one of the best in that genre. He hits you with humor, but then brings you the sense of reality. Man he is some writer.
