I sleep a lot. I've learned that from psychology class. When you're emotionally stressed, the graphical presentation of your emotions would resemble that of mountains but when you sleep, you get a flat graphical presentation. They say that the only way to get over emotional stress is to get it back to flat line. When you wake up every morning, you will feel better plus the healing effects of time, you will eventually forget about it and you're back to normal again.

I go somewhee with my computer, have a good cup of cofee, listen to music, and just enjoy myself. No better cure for sadness than not letting it get you down.

Don't let sadness encloud you. Do something worthwhile. Keep yourself busy. Socialize with people. Do away with your mechanical activities (e.g. computer) from time to time. Find humor in everything. They may be temporary relief, but once you make them routinary, you'll overcome every moment of sadness that come your way.
