I don't know if you would agree that in finding partners, men usually look for women who are better looking than they are because it adds to their confidence in themselves, while women look for men who can give them a sense of emotional security. Researchers say women who marry better looking guys and guys who marry less good-looking women will have almost the same problems later on: prettier girls. In other words, a guideline when choosing partners is being suggested here: men should marry better looking women, and women should marry less good-looking men.Does this make sense?
