This is soo disgusting but very true...and weird!.I dont know if there was something wrong with this man or what, but, about 3 yrs ago I was walking down a somewhat busy street in my neighbor hood with my friend and a weird looking guy came up to us.He was really nervous and he asked us if we knew where a bathroom was.As I was giving him directions he started to urinate through his pants right there, standing in front of me.My friend just looked to me in surprise and we were pretty much speechless. The weird thing is that he just stood there and didnt say anything then just ran up the street.yeah, youd probebly think he just had an accident and it was an akward moment but,the strange thing about this is,this happened to me a second time about a year later, same street, same guy.I dont know if this guy got some kind of kick out of seeing peoples reaction or what but it was very nasty ...again.anything like this ever happen to you?

A guy once "flashed" at my colleagues sister on the London Underground (subway). With huge presence of mind she grabbed him, spun him round and shouted "look what this guy's just shown me"! He couldn't get off the train fast enough, especially as he was connected to two burly guys who had decided to escort him to the cops!

hmm well yuo did say ever and this was long time ago and very embarrassing since i was maybe 17 so long ago and this discussion just made me remember it. Soem things in life you never forget.
was with my friend at the time, we was coming away from the town.. was in day as well.. someone from a car calls us over wanting directions, so we approach the car to try and help. As we slightly leaned in car to direct him, he had his tool out of trousers and mastaubating and this is VERY true, we felt so embarrassed, and it was unexpected, we didn't know how to deal with it except just walk away quickly.
I think many do actually get off, on seeing girls reaction to some quite disgusting actions in public.

Back in college, while I and a friend were interns, we were assiting the production crew of a weekly variety show. A gay director who came from the editing room went to the next room where we were in. He smiled at us and stood by the door for a couple of seconds. Then he went back to the editing room. I couldn't think of anything else but I believe he farted and he thought, being just interns, we would not matter at all not the same way as the guys in the editing room would. If my suspicion had been true, that's the rudest encounter I've had in my life.

Probabaly he was so embarassed that's why he was just stunned.
Anyways, mine just happened a couple of months ago when I rode a jeepney (it's a public transportation in our country - Philippines) and the man sitting in front of me showed me his "thing." I was very afraid at that time but I didn't show it. Instead, I called up my husband from my mobile phone. Fortunately he was just in a near area. I asked if we could meet, my voice is a little loud, I was really letting the man hear our conversation. We agreed to meet in a coffee shop along the way. The problem was, when i got off from the jeepney, he followed me. He was just from afar. And my husband arrived an hour after! GRR!!!
I was feeling nervous at that time because the man looked decent. When I saw that he was still staring, I approached a security guard and told him the situation. When the man saw that, he quickly went away.

I was waiting for a friend in a mall when a lady whom I've never met in my entire life walked up to me and started screaming and cursing to my utter surprise. She didn't seem loony since she was properly dressed. I could only shrug since the people around us had been seeing me alone for more than 30 minutes.I just didn't mind her and told the people around us that perhaps her date didn't show up or something. :)

There was this man whom I had never seen in my village-he looked weird right away so when he showed up in our home before even a word of greetings, he started walking around the house-he later dropped a fresh chicken egg and some cowrie shells and walked away without either looking back or saying a word to my mother who was right infront of the house. An alrm was made but then he turned back to my mother-slapped her and walked away never to be seen again-when elders of the village turned up, they concluded that it was a rude act of witchcraft but nobody got to know who this man was.

Wow...thought i'd seen it all but this one has anything i've seen in my long lifetime beat! I'd say the guy has some issues going on. People like this keep our lives interesting if nothing else. right? they have their place...right? can you imagine if everyone was normal and predictable? what would we have to talk about?

I was parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot and there was another car parked facing my car. I put my grocerys in the trunk and when I went to start up the car I noticed there was people in the car. I thought nothing of it really. When I turned on the ignition, the lights came on and I saw the male driver recieving some kind of "job" from his girlfriend. I hate to be crude. The sickest thing was they didn't stop! The girlfriend actually lifted her head up and looked at me! I thought that was completly rude and uncalled for, people go there to shop for there family, get a room!! Your story is also very rude! I can't believe people do these things!

Hmm...that sounds like a rather scary incident.
For me, I remember I was once in line for a roller coaster ride. I turned around to look at a poster to my left, and someone turned to me and sneezed in my face. I gave her a funny look and then went back to my business. I was slightly surprised that she hadn't apologized, but I decided not to make such a big deal out of it. Then, when I turned around a second time, she sneezed in my face again, and I started to wonder if there was something seriously wrong. Again, she didn't say anything...
