Globalization is only good if the companies involved have proper procedures or processes in place. It'll be very bad if there's no such process or procedure since it'll most likely end up in a big failure. I've worked for 1 US project and 1 UK project. The US project was successful because of the processes in place, but the UK one was in a total mess because the UK side did not know how to manage a global resource.

I am deeply convinced that globalization can make our world better.
Economic and technology globalization makes each small country stronger than before.
We can share all the resources and exchange different ideas and thoughts,it also
promotes the relationship bewteen different countries.

I am no expert on this. it seems globalization is a perceived necessity to realign and synchronize all the best practices in all countries.
Perhaps the disadvantage is that countries unable to compete will have a "lot less room to breathe."
Perhaps, stress in the workplace will be at its highest level due to globalization. I believe this is a very critical issue. Members of family that are exposed to elevated stress due to globalization are vulnerable.
What can we do?
