How will Chinese Team play in Olympic games?

Wow, Chinese basketball Team will encounter their greatest chanllenge in Olympic games. They will play against American team, Spanish team, Greece team, Germany team and Angolan team. Though we have Yao Ming and Yi Jianlian, but the other are super basketball teams in the world(except Agolan team). If we want to avoid eliminating, we have to beat two teams. But it is very difficult fulfill this task. No matter what, I hope they can play with their whole strength!

No worries there my friend. The Chinese team is strong. In the end it all comes down to individual skills and teamwork. So if China can do that, bring their best and no selfish plays, they can win. Also, it's not always the good players that win the game, it is the play and the teamwork that makes it. Just look at Chicago Bulls 2006 or 2007 season. They don't have a really high profile player, but they managed to go as far as the playoffs. I think China can do it too, and with all the hardships China went with, that drive will push players to the limits. Go go go!
How I wished the Philippine team go play in the Olympics as well. Oh well, that's life.

Thanks for your comment! What I agree with you is "teamwork that makes it". But, with respect to teamwork, the 3 european teams are undoubtedly stronger than Chinese team. Our only advantage is Yao. Of course, we still have chance to win the games, but we need to play better.
Filipine team get a great progress these years, they are already a strong team!

To be honest, I think Chinese team will lose most of the match, especially when playing against American team in the fist match. But as long as they try their best, it's nothing. Just enjoy the game,enjoy playing basketball!!That's the match, that's the Olympics!

Of course,Chinese team has showed the best and strongest team since the 2000 Sydney Olimpic Games.We not only have Yaoming,Houston Rockets but also have just joined the club of New Jersey Nets,Yi.So,after the initial performance of playing for the first time,yi has have strong body against Nowitzki and so on,We all Chinese team should't be afraid of any team even if our ability isn't the best.
This time games will be hold at wukesong in Beijing.Imagine that Chinese team with applause of heaps and heaps of Chinese audiences must be the winner of people' heart.
Back to the point, if Yao and Yi get together plus other people's hard working such as linan zhufangyu,sunyue(potential Lakers' player)and chenjianghua,it is absolutely possible to beat any team.
The Diamond Cup will be staring,team's level will be indentied.
