Anyone know about Qyao?

It's a really confusing site. Is anyone a member of Qyao? In one of the methods it states that you have to wait 24 hours to see the revenue generated. It's so confusing. Can anyone please shed some light about it? How do I earn money on this site? Should I just leave it alone? Thanks.
