With the age of laptops and internet on phones, and internet cafes, I would be interested to hear where exactly people are at the point fo responding to this topic.
Are you at home or away? Maybe in an internet cafe, or at a friends. Are you on a laptop, and if so where abouts? If on desktop which room is it in?
Lastly what area are you in?
Make the answers as descriptive as possible and I think it could be an interesting discussion.
I am currently sitting in my back garden on the patio, outside my french doors. I am sitting on a fold up garden chair in the sun, with my laptop on my lap.
My home is situated in a place called Shoebury, which is in Essex, which is the SE of England.

I am at the house, in my parent's bedroom(it's mine for a while, they're working abroad), sitting on a chair, doing this mylot thing on my dell optiplex gx270. I want to hear someone who's on a cruise right now, ir somewhere in the mountains posting on mylot. That would be interesting.

At the moment, I'm on my laptop. Sitting on our back porch, having a cup of coffee while I sit here, and watching the finches come up to our feeder. At the moment it's cloudy and rainy, has been all day, and much cooler than I'm used to in August. I live in Central Pennsylvania, in a small town, I'm originally from Texas, where it's much warmer than 65 degrees in August. But the view around here is nice, since there are mountains in just about any direction I look.

Sure, come on over and bring the laptop, I'll brew a fresh pot of coffee. It's really nice weather today, a nice cool breeze, sunny, great for sitting outside.

Before doing some groceries, or visit a friend, I do spend my time in mylot outside my home, in an internet cafe. While it is good to have a comfortable sit and sip on a soda or juice drink doing this stuff at home, I still can't do that since the internet connection in my place is quite difficult for some technical reasons, which I don't know exactly. But its fine, I can live with this and I am doing just fine. However, if they can do the stuff they need to repair I would ask for an immediate connection, afterall, mylot is worth spending for !

Hi
Do you find you can concentrate in an internet cafe? I have only been in one once and I found myself keep looking around at what everyone else was doing and looking out the window at people walking by.
I hope you manage to get the internet sorted at hoe though as nothing can beat home comforts.
Thanks for replying :)

Thanks for sharing. There is something quite cosy about being indoors whilst it is raining outside. I am still in the garden, but I think I will be going in soon, as it has clouded right over and next doors music is driving me mad now it is so loud!
Happy mylotting :)
