How many times you eat fruits?

For the food we eat there are a lot of problems these days, some of foods make our health going down and some is good.
The good choice for be in good health we should eat some fruits because for what it have some vitamins that we should have without need to take a medicines.
So I used to eat every day some grape, lemons, apples, etc. I always eat it after meals.
How many times do you eat fruits in a day or a week?
What kind of fruit do you like to eat?

I eat fruits everyday. Mom buy fruits everytime she go outside. I always prefer banana. Because of its availablity, so less cost. It can control our digestion.then she buy pineapple, mango, grapes, apple, guava is in my house. Thanks. Have a great day.:-)

Good for you all to eat these fruits, and banana is so good, do you know that banana mixed with milk is equal to 1 penicillin antibiotic injection, I have read that in some site here on the net.

I don't eat enough fruit because of the fact that the stores in my area does not sell any fresh fruit. If they did I'd probably eat fruit everyday. You bite into an apple it tastes like a potato. I don't know if that have anything to do with awful Genetic Engineering or just plain bad unripe fruit. I was thinking about buying dwarf fruit trees, so that I wouldn't be wasting my money on bad fruit... If anyone can tell me where I can buy organic Non-GMO dwarf fruit trees, I would greatly appreciate it. I plan on going Vegetarian at least by next year and incorporating lots of fruit in my diet.

I eat a lot of fruit actually. For breakfast I like having oranges, papaya, pineapple, kiwi or grapefruit. During the day then I rather have things to munch on like apples or pears, although sometimes a banana is also suitable if I am feeling particularly hungry. For dinner then I tend to prefer cooked fruit, in the form of compote, like apple, peach, apricot or plum. Whether raw or cooked, it is all healthy!

I eat atleast one fruit in a day, I eat one banana sometimes because bananas are always available in our country and other fruits are available only according to the season I eat all the fruits. I like Mangoes and Black sweet grapes most!

i used to have fruit every day for years. now i have it occasionally. i like most fruit, it's just a matter of buying it too. i try to save money. but i know i should take care of my health like i do my budget. i did have some fruit yesterday.

i always prefer to eat an apple as ´´an apple a day keeps the doctor away´´
i belive it n i always take an apple daily in my breakfast
if not i take it after my lunch.
i feel apple is healthy enough provides nutrition required to our body
its allways available n tastes good
i casual i also like darkgrapes, pineapple, melons too
i prefer to take juicy fruits as its good for skin n no fats

Twice a day and everyday. At breakfast, its invariably a banana and then in the night it's always the fruit in season. We are just coming to end of the season for mangoes, so have been enjoying them. Looking forward to getting back to apples now.

since you say it's the end of the season for mangoes, does that mean there will no longer be mangoes in the grocery store? i'm sorry if that qestion sounds silly, but it's because mangoes are my favorite fruits and i have eaten them everyday for the past month.

Dear friend,
I do eat fruits most often, and more than that I like fresh fruit juices which I have mostly at evenings. In a mostly I have fruits either in the morning or evening. While traveling also I would have fruits. Mostly I have apple, orange, or mango. I do like mixed fruit shakes and fruits salads too.

It depends on the availability of the fruit. lol I am not always going to market. I just eat what is available on the table. I there is a fruit then I eat. But I don't take efforts buying it just to have a fruit to eat for the day.

We eat alot of fruit. Raisins, bananas, apples. These are just a few we have had in the house this week. We try and eat fruit daily.

I agree nowadays there are foods that both help and hurt your health,and I agree we need to watch what we eat,and I agree fruits are the right way to go because of all the vitamins and nutrients that you can get from them,and if we eat enough fruits then we might be able to get by without medicines,I do not eat fruits as often as I should but lately me and my fiance have been eating a lot of grapes,and I also like to eat apples whenever we have them in the house,one of the fruits I will not eat is oranges because I am allergic to them.

I love eating fruits. I usually eat fruit everyday, and it must be before meal, preferably on an empty stomach. Thats what my doctor advice to me. Eat fruit before meals. I usually have banana, oranges, apple, pineapple and mango.

Previously I was not used to eat fruits. But now I eat at least one fruit per day The fruits may vary according to the season. But one can take apples, guavas, bananas, pineapples, apricot and so on. But one thing should be kept in mind is to wash the fruit before eating- to wash away the dirt and pesticides used. Fruits helps us to clear our bowls and also keep our body free from toxicity. One can even skip a meal and eat fruits instead.

To be quite honest i only manage to have one fruit a day.. that would provide me with some vitamins and minerals but not all the necessary ones... i suppose it depends on the fruit too... like in bannanas there is alot of potassium and in oranges, mangoes and other citrus fruits there is alot of vitamin c. However my favourite fruit is oranges and bannanas.

I eat different fruits in different seasons and quite ofen, they taste good and we can absorb some carbohydrates from them.They contain a lot of vitamines which are help for our health! From the scientists, we should eat fruits before the every meal, or nutritrains may come down!
