I dont like to eat fried food. I find oil or butter to be very greasy so I generally tend to avoid it. Is this a healthy food habbit? Should I continue this habbit? Or is it normal to eat oily and gresy food? please suggest!!

I think it's great that you're not eating oily or greasy foods. I think it's a very healthy habit, and it's a pretty sure thing that most people are eating too much of those fatty, greasy foods. It might be normal to eat that, but it's not good for you! Keep up the healthy diet!

Yes, it's absolutely healthy. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and avoid fried food...that's what I do. I also dislike fried foods.

I think it's a healthy habit. We should avoid too oily foods. But if it's olive oil, it wouldn't hurt. Though it would have to be in small quantity for it to be healthy.

okay will try to use more of olive oil instead of the vegetable oil. I hope my extra fat would reduce then.

without ur knowledge, u are cultivating a very good habbit. no need to worry if u are not eating oily food. but see to it that the other foods u consume are healthy enough. oil or fat are instant energy suppliers to our body. since u r not eating them, include carbohydrates in ur diet like rice, wheat etc...
