what time do you often sleep at night?

hi guys what time you get to sleep at night? are you able to sleep 8hours a day? me i wasnt able to sleep that long especially now tha i am busy with my thesis my three thesis i only get to sleep 3 hours a day and then i went to school around 6am although its hard and very stressful im thankful that i can manage still the things i want to do like posting here in mylot how bout you guys? share here your opinions comment please keep posting and keep earning.

Sleeping 3 hours a day is not good for health you have to atleast make it 6 hours. I sleep 6 hours a day. I will busy with my office work, kids and Mylot.

In the university i usually go to bed after 12 and fall asleep later because my chums won't stop wow untill that time .And then we will wake up at 9 am or later.But when im back home i sleep earlier at about 9 pm and get up at 7 .I think the sleeping time is more than enough.ofcourse i will also have a siesta of 2hours.LoL...

i sleep at 1:00 pm every day and i get up early (5:00 am) too at most of the times ... i know that its not good for health but i can't help it as i have many works to do and also these days i am studying a lot about internet marketing which is really taking a lot of time ... i don't blame it as i am really involved in it so i sleep late.

I can usually never get a whole 8 hours of sleep. Lately I have to get up at 6:30 but the earliest I ever go to bed is 11:30, usually 12 so I never get a great amount of sleep. 3 hours sounds crazy, I don't know how you do it! I'm an undergrad studen so I'm home, working for the summer, but even at school, if my earliest class is at 9, and I need to get up at 8, I usually don't sleep until 1 or 2 am. I don't know why I can't get myself to bed earlier!

Three theses? What a mess. I'm a graduate now and it's a stress knowing that I don't have a job yet. I usually sleep around 2am so that I could monitor things that are going down around the house. Usually I play my DS, but now that I've discovered mylot, I'm usually posting here. One time I didn't get any sleep at all! But it's because I became so fond of replying to discussions. Back at college I sleep around 10pm-2am. Well, good luck with your theses. I think that's too many, considering that you only need one to graduate. Maybe the other two are feasibility studies or research papers. Calling them thesis is scary.

I sleep early everyday so tat i can get up early.. n my days become longer if i wake up early.. it's a nice feeling to get up early

Usally during college days i sleep at around 10:00pm, since i have to get up early in the morning..... But now i finished my studies, so i have no work in the morning... hence i sleep at around 12:00 or 1:00 am... Sometimes my younger brother sits on the comp... and i go to sleep early... so it depends on the day...

i do sleep by 10pm each day. this is enable me prepare for the next day work. but it is friday night, i do sleep around 11 or 12pm. what time do you sleep yourself?

i always sleep late... i think im insomiac... right now, i go to bed at exactly 12 midnight. whether i fell asleep immediately or not, at least im already in bed...

Sleep is really a big problem of mine. I usually go to sleep at around 1 am and get up at 4am to talk to my husband over at Skype and after that I will cook breakfast and packed lunch for my kids. At first, I'm getting a hard time to deal with it but as time goes by, I got used to this kind of routine. But I do take a nap when my kids are at school or after I've done the dishes. Keep posting. If you are only sleeping 3 hours every night then I'd recommend staying off myLot some and try getting some more sleep. You aren't doing your body good by depriving it of sleep. As for me, I sleep anywhere from 8 to 10 hours in a 24 hour period. I usually take a nap in the afternoon for a short while.

I go to bed usually around 11 or 12 pm in the night and sleep up to 6.30 am.. I hardly get 8 days of sleep everyday. But i make up for it during the weekends when I get up late.

though i work in hospital and have some medical knowledge,i often have little sleep due to the stress and pressure. at this period i could have enough time to sleep,and i usually go to bed around midnight and get up at 6.30 am ,so i can easily keep energetic and efficient everyday .sleep is really essential and good for our healthy.so i think when u try different schemdule to sleep,u can find the regular and sufficient sleep is very health to make u in the pink and efficience.

I usually feel sleepy starting 7:00 in the evening but I always sleep at around 9:00 or 10:00 in the evening after I fix the merchandise in our store.. I hope I could sleep early and longer next time...

I try to go to sleep around eleven at night but lately I have been worried and I do not go to sleep that early. My husband had a mini stroke and now he is talking about selling the house and moving us to a Senior home in two years time. He is going to physiotherapy but he will not tell the therapist that. He says he is all right but I am the type of person who when I am nervous or upset my blood pressure goes up. So I may not get to sleep until after midnight.

hi heart4u! oh i seldom get a full 8-hour sleep. my sleep usually ranges from 5-7 hours a day (rather, a night ^__^;;). i usually sleep between 10-12 in the evening. sometimes i try to sleep before ten but i always fail. ^__^;; it seems i can only sleep after 10pm. i can't sleep immediately if i'm tired the whole day. its ironic really, i should fall asleep easily if i'm tired but i don't and i don't know why. and most of the times, if i slept more than 8 hours, i tend to have headaches in the morning and i'd be waking up in the wrong side of the bed making my whole day bad.

Its around 11 to 12 pm in night mostly. With life now a days I am able to maintain it along with my family. We are a big family. We all join each other in night as soon as possible and sit together, gossips and wath TV and all that. I dont have any special habit of reading etc in night. But many times after finishing with family, I devote some more time with my own family of mywife and two daughters, playing with them and then some times I watch English Movies. Some times it becomes 1:00 to 2:00 pm in night also. But as I do most of the thing to relas myself so sleeping late in night does not put stress on me.

Hi heart4u, Do you feel that you are getting enough sleep? I know that people are different and some need less sleep than others, but three hours is not very much. Remember that your health is very important. I sleep between six and eight hours every night, but too much sleep can be as bad for your health as not getting enough. I don't believe anyone should sleep more than eight hours. Blessings.
