What do you like in Brownies?

I like brownies with chocolate ice cream and fudge. I'm a chocoholic. I go to the local ice cream shop, Belt's, and buy it during the summer. I have also tried the Dairy Queen Waffle Bowl Sundae and I liked that a lot too.

The best brownies i had, had a thin layer of mint. They were awesome, but i could be biased because i made them myself.

I don't usually frost my brownies. I just like them with some added chocolate chunks. I don't really like nuts in my brownies, but I will sometimes add walnuts or hazelnuts if I'm making them for others.

I put different things in the different brownies I make. Sometimes I put a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter and a couple of handfuls of chocolate chips. Or else I will put a couple of peanut butter chips and a couple of handfuls of chocolate chips. I also at times take some liquid fudge and swirl it through the brownie before I put it in the oven to cook. There is all kinds of ways to make a brownie have your own special touch to it.

What I like in brownies is its being moist and chewy. Yummy! And I don't like it too sweet either. Brownie a la Mode is yummy also. Brownies and ice cream remind me, I went to DQ last weekend and I had Brownie Madness.

I like them with walnuts in them....or plain is find too.

I usually put bittersweet chocolate chips in them, sometimes peanut butter or chopped walnuts. Cashews would be tasty...I've never tried that. I don't like brownies too sweet either. I usually just use fruit juice and a little molasses to sweeten them.
