I would love to go to Italy and eat all the gelato I can afford. Japanese food is great as well, but again quite expensive. I guess all the authentic cuisines will be costly. It's a good thing I'm game to try out street food whenever we travel. I have a very sensitive stomach but it's usually well behaved when we go travel.

one of the most exiciting pleasures i had
when living in san francisco, CA
was the ability to taste many different country's foods.
my preference is pacific rim, italian, chinese, and mexican foods.
unfortunately, i moved from that city and can no longer taste those wonderful foods. i learned how to cook some of the dishes. sometimes i have problems finding the right spices. some of it is actually very good, too.

I love Indian foods, and I like Chinese and Mexican. I would like to do recipe exchanges with people from other countries also whenever possible, especially German and Irish as those are both where my ancestors were from.

I love any food as long as it tastes good. But I think I would love to try some English cuisine after watching episodes of "Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" Just the thought of it makes me drool, lol :P The food he makes are simple and presented well. Other than that, I like some Chinese and Japanese foods. But most of all, I like Filipino food since I'm Filipino and American food: steaks, fastfoods, etc.

Let's just say that I love almost all kind of foods. I've taken a liking for Thai and Korean foods and some Japanese foods such as sushi and tempura. But then of course, Filipino foods makes my day. The specialty of the different provinces varies with the spicier dishes in Bicol to the sweet desserts of Iloilo. There are dishes which shows the influences of the Chinese such as the Sotanghon (noodles)and the Spaniards (paella, valenciana, etc). There's a perfect dish for just about everybody.
