LimoChang No,I seldom eat instant noodles.Some people may fancy the taste but it's bad for people's health with lots of additives in.So eat less instand noodles and spend more time preparing some healthy food.

LimoChang Yes,done that ,doing now and will do later.I've never been fat,just trying to be a little bit thinner and stay in that shape.Stand up for like 30 mins after each meal and practise yoga,that's what i do.

LimoChang Not really.Be more confident ,practice more and you'll see your progress.I've been learning for like 7 years or so.Don't know how long it will take for someone to master English,I think it depends on how much time you spend on it and your learning skills.
