how do you feel that you can loose weight?

I have a past experience when I reduced my diet , that helped me to loose weight drastically. I also continuously taking only foods which contain neither salt nor oil.. It was awful for first few days. But later it was like my second-skin. So I was used to it.. But ,after six months I restarted my natural eating habits..after that I am continuously gaining weight till now.... tell your ways --how u have reduced ur weight or how u planned to do that?

Yes, you will definitely lose weight if you lessen your food intake by a good margin. But you will have a very very hard time maintaining it. The best way to do it is to have regular exercise. Your muscles will increase your metabolism and will maintain your calorie burning. So far, I've lost 59 lbs in almost 4 months. Just divided my food intake throughout the day and I do aerobics and weight lifting. It wasn't easy at all. I just maintain my motivation and I am focused on my goal. I'm more than halfway through my goal. It's already within reach. Feels much better and I feel more energy within me. Just try to be consistent and in time, results will show and you won't gain back the weight easily. take care.

Yes,done that ,doing now and will do later.I've never been fat,just trying to be a little bit thinner and stay in that shape.Stand up for like 30 mins after each meal and practise yoga,that's what i do.
