I Want to make a video hosting site?

Hi, I am planning to make a site like YouTube but with full quality. There's gonna be a members area that if you pay you get more time limit for uploaded videos. Anyone know of a script that can do this? I dont really care about the members area but it would be nice.....

Yes there are scripts out there like this , probably not for free though. Are you going to be putting money into this project or just doing it for fun. It will probably cost a bit to get the site up and running. Have you gotten anywhere in this week?
