What C++ IDE should I use?

Should I use Dev-C++ or Code::Blocks or MS Visual C++? Can somebody make the comparison of those IDEs?

I think its gotten better but reached its peak in 2003 and 2004 its started to go down hill a little bit, though there are a few good ones (like Cartman giving Kyle AIDS)
