What irritates you on others when they do it inside the CINEMA?

Once when I was at the cinema, a man in the row behind me loudly translated the entire movie into another language for his wife. He would not shut up no matter how many people told him to be quiet. He totally ruined the movie.
Years and years ago I went to a children's movie, and a man had brought his radio in so he could listen to the horse races. I suppose he thought kids wouldn't care - he didn't count on some VERY irate mothers!

That's totally annoying. How come people like that don't have consideration on others. But i find it funny for someone to bring a radio just to listen on something while watching. multi-tasking guy.

I don't go to the movies anymore. I am not spending all that money to listen to ringing phones, crying babies, people talking, people who fall asleep and they snore very loudly. Nahhh I'd rather watch a movie at home and enjoy it my way.

Enjoying the movies in the privacy of your home. It would also be great to try the big screen especially when the movie is really, really interesting unless you have your own home theater which is totally fantastic.

I went to the movies for the first time in five years a couple of weeks ago, and it justified my anti-theatre behavior. I hate listening to people talk, hate hearing babies scream, hate seeing glowing phone screens because people 'have' to use them, hate hearing people smack on food, etc., etc., etc. We saved up money for a couple of years and bought a big TV so that we get a good 'theatre' experience without the people.

Yup, I hate it when others talk loudly, either to their friends or on the mobile, and 'shakers' (people seating behind you fidgetting, shaking legs or whatever)
I would hate the 'screamers' even more. When watching a horror movie, and they have this suspenseful scene, and you're waiting for the horror/devil/murderer to show, some idiot at the back screams! It's very irritating!
