Left over Sausages!!

We like them chopped up and added to some fried potatoes. Add some chopped up onion and green pepper for extra flavor!

You could make sausage gravy (with biscuits), sausage peppers and onion sandwiches, buy pizza crust and top it with sauce, sausage, etc

I would cut them up into bite size chunks and add them to some marinara sauce and have pasta with meat sauce. I sometimes cook them up just for that or use the ones that I have leftover from another meal like you have.

I usually add leftover sausage to things like kasja, sausage and rice, soups, or omelets, myself. Rewarming them and eating them on sandwiches is usually pretty good, too. Chopped up, they're excellent when added to pasta sauce. Hope that helps. They should be good for a few more days in the fridge, if you don't get to reusing them tonight.
