Am I invisible?

Apologies my dear friend on my part, you probably guessed I am not as active as I used to be in fact I have been in hibernation for months, I have only recently started a couple of discussions after about a 4/5 month break which I needed to work on myself, quality time and all that to get my head straight, it's been a struggle over this last year but I am making it, slowly! I never intend to ignore people, because that is rude, I don't do it intentionally. As for others well don't be sad my friend, you know who your real friends are, sometimes there are exceptional circumstances and your real friends would never ignore you. I know notifications have been on the slim side but they always are this time of the year being summer time, people on vacation etc, I am away for 10 days soon. Here's a wolfie hug to cheer you up! MsTickle, I don't have a clue as to what is going on. But I have missed getting email alerts to some of my friends' discussions, but will find them on my mylot page. But I did get yours this morning in my email. I think we probably don't post things that they are interested in;therefore, we don't see them around too much. I have only a few friends that show up on most of my discussions. And, I'm grateful for that. Some of them, I know, only comment on discussions, so we don't see them that much.

Hi Ms Tickle, You are not invisible to me but I have not been as active as I used to be. I have been very ill for a couple of months and stopped posting and responding. Now I am active again but I only respond to one or two discussions on the days that I sign on in Mylot.

You are not invisible. I have not been here much as of late. When I do drop in, I have been responding to a few discussions and then I am moving on to other sites. I now own two sites and I am on the staff of another site. That all takes up a lot of my time. I am glad to see you are still here. I hope you are doing well.

I hardly get any friends notifications now. Maybe two or three only. Don't be sad. I'm still here, although I do wonder why I bother at times. Then I see your avatar and I have a little smile!

Hello! This is the first discussion notification that I have had from you in a while. I do notice that this happens a lot and I do not get ALL friends notifications I have missed out on a lot of discussion the last few weeks because of this. Maybe I will have to start going through the discussions on my home page just to double check. But honestly, if I have not responded to any of your discussions it is because I have not had them and not because I dont want too, I promise! Xx

Your not invisable at all. It is just probably a slow few months while others have their kids out of school or things that have to be done before school. I don't really start many discussions and not alot of people respond to them if I did but I try to respond to them I just get behind and it just keeps adding more daily. So if I have them in my inbox I will answer them..right now I have my 16 year old nephew staying with me for 3 weeks since his mom is at the hopsital with my niece and has been there 2 weeks and will be there another 3 weeks and we have to share my computer since he didn't bring his laptop. So I won't be on as much as I expected to be.

Hi Honey, I am still getting your notifications. As for me starting discussions i don't do that many of them. I have heard of people not getting their emails. I have a friend that I don't get my emails from them, I have written mylot about it several times, so far it hasn't done any good. Good luck on getting it figured out.

Don't worry, this happens sometimes. That is with myLot notify going haywire. I'm not getting all my notifications either. I apologize for not responding to your discussions, but I have not had much time to spend here in myLot lately. I've been doing a lot of writing projects that take up my time. I'll try to do better at responding to your discussions in the future. I don't want to be the one to hurt your feelings.

You're not invisible for me, just that I only respond the discussions I find interesting. To be honest, I don't remember you starting very much discussions lately, so there weren't any for me to choose from. I've also been gone for about 2 weeks, and I'll be leaving again for about 1 month. You are not receiving alerts on discussions I start because I rarely start discussions (I've only started 2 during last week: one on environment protection and one on football, two interests that aren't so popular around here). So, if you start posting discussions that I'll find interesting, I'll respond those, even if with 1 month delay.

I have noticed that I do not see much of you lately, and that is why when I do get a notification from you I make sure to open it. I was thinking you were busy, or having internet problems. I have even been to my spam lately and you are not in there. Have you checked your bulk or spam to make sure your notifications are not going there?

Hi Ms Tickle! That has been my problem for a few months now. I haven't been receiving email alerts from some friends and I did checked if they were active in making their own discussions, and they are. I checked if I am still in their friends' list and I still am. All of my notifications are "ON". I am not sure what is going on and why this is happening. I am still wondering until now. hi MsTickle, you are not invisible to me at all and I do receive notifications when you start a discussion, or am I, I will check in your profile as I very rarely see you post one thinking about it, I know I have a couple on my friends list whose notifications I have on but never receive so I try to check through profile. I can't say why that is at all. Off to check your started discussions now LOL. Huggles. Ellie :D

Right now, all my email notifications are off...but when it was on, I've seen that I've missed some of the discussions started by my friends....I just didn't recieve them in my mailbox and sometimes a few of them went into my spam box and I deleted all of it without realizing. But I'm working full time right now and don't get to log on to mylot. That could be the reason for me missing your discussions. Earlier I was on mylot for hours everyday. Now I log on only for an hour or two in a couple of days. So, I miss a lot of things.

Make sure they are on notify thats the only way I get the emails if they dont have you on too they wont get yours

No you are not invisible..I get your discussions and try to respond to most all of them...Sometimes i take my own sweet time but i have had a lot of company lately,plus i kept my granddaughter for a week so i did not get online much...Just hang in there Ms Tickle it will get better...

Sorry MsTickle I was MIA for a few months and have only just come back onto mylot. I have lots of discussions to catch up on and will try to get to some of yours. HOpe your summer has been a good one though :)

I've had problems with notifications lately, MsTickle - maybe there's some sort of problem with them not coming through properly. All my friends have their notifications turned on in my list, but I often find they have posted discussions and I haven't been notified about them. Some days there is nothing - some days there is a long list. It IS a bit sad ...

i would like to add you as a friend, i hope that is okay with you :) i do not have many friends on here yet, but i would assume that maybe they are not aware that you are posting? perhaps that is why they aren't responding often? or maybe they are just overwhelmed with the alarming amount of posting that goes on with this website and can't keep up. it seems very overwhelming to me, lol!
