i am happy cause i just got my EON Card in "UNIONBANK" ... i know there are lots of questions with regards on how to add the bank account to their paypal.,FYI, you will not get verified by just adding a bank account but you may now use it to receive, send and withdraw money using this processor. How do we add our Unionbank account to withdraw funds from my Paypal account? Step1 : Log into your Paypal account Click "Profile "tab and then click "Bank account" Step2: Add bank details (Please take note that your first name and surname on your Paypal account must match the name of your bank account. If it does not , the withdrawal request will be rejected by UnionBank. ) The bank code number of UnionBank is 010419995. Step 3: Review your bank account information Step 4: Confirm thats all folks! have a nice day ahead! cheers!!! myliezl0903 manila, philippines

HI, is EON card a credit card or a savings account card? I am a BDO card holder but i think that paypal is not yet connected with BDO as of now. Probably for the next months, BDO might consider teaming up with paypal. And i just hope they'll do it sooner than we think.

Hi jaypeemanuel! You can also withdraw your paypal money using your BDO account as long as it is the international master card. My friend got his money already fom paypal using his bdo account.

grats on getting your eon card working. i also would like to avail of that but i think i'll just use my existing bank account to withdraw my paypal funds. after all, withdrawing funds from paypal to the local banks has already been approved. anyway, if this doesn't work out, i'll open an eon unionbank account.

Does the EON Card work like a Credit Card or a Debit Card? I mean, even when you don't use a Credit Card, you still have to pay charges just maintaining the card while Debit Cards aren't like that and would be direct to your account. Not really sure but that's how I understood the difference between the two.. so EON Card is like a Debit or Credit card? Thanks

I received an email from PayPal before that if your going to transfer over Php 7,000 from your PayPal account to your bank account, PayPal won't charge you anything. Less than that and PayPal would have to charge some transfer fee or something.. Thanks for this info... I might consider getting an EON Card as well.. just have to figure the closest UNION bank though

Hi myliezl0903, Congratulations for your new way of handling money from paypal to your bank account here in the philippines. I told you before that I used BPI bank account to withdraw my money from paypal because we don't have union bank here in the philippines. I have one simple question regarding union bank withdrawal from paypal. How much do you pay for the service charge of union bank to transfer your money from paypal to your bank account? Because here in palawan BPI service charge is 100 pesos. I tried to withdraw $50 and they deducted 100 pesos from my account. Again congratulation and have always a smiley day.

Hello there, most of the bloggers that I have known have their Eon Cards already. And we are so happy that UnionBank is the one who made that card to make our paypal account verified. Last March I enrolled my paypal account with the use of Union (Eon card).

Hi Pinkista! ., sorry to say but EON Card will not help you to get verified ., if you add this as a bank account you will still be unverified ., but that doesn't mean that you cannot withdraw or do any transaction with them...the thing is there are certain amount that you can withdraw with the unverified paypal account status ., i still don't know how much ., but i'll let you know once i get the answer from paypal.,Ü thanks! have a nice day ahead!

Hi myliezl0903! I have a question, so I need to go to Union Bank personally to apply for an EON card? What are the requirements needed? I don't have an account with UB yet. Plus, can we get verified in Paypal using our EON? Thanks! Hope to hear from you soon, as I'm planning on going in the bank by next week. Cheers! And thanks for this discussion, really informative!

well actually before i applied my EON card online.,but as i've checked it yesterday ., their site is under maintenance for online application for EON card so you have to go there directly to any branches of UNIONBANK ., Ü ... ********************* F Y I .... guys ...!!!! ***************************** " The EON CyberAccount is UnionBank's internet-based deposit account..." but... you can use it also as a debit card ., TAKE NOTE OF THIS: you'll be adding your this not as a debit card to your paypal account ., but as a bank account ., cause you will use this EON card for you to withdraw your money from paypal account ., don't get confused guys! ., " ADD THIS EON CARD AS A BANK ACCOUNT... " **** It will not work if you'll gonna put it in debit card .,.

We in india can withdraw our paypal balance to out bank account in india but i'm not sure we can verify using our paypal account. Hope we can also verify out paypal account using out bank account in india soon, i also heard that they are going to start a branch in india!

What is 'EON' card. I think in India there is no such a card.Linking the bank account with paypal is not equal to 'verified' and it is not lifting the limitations of transactions. Now the question is that how paypal account should be get verified without a credit card.

Nice that you have got your union bank eon card. I was also trying to get one but apparently it was still under process according to the bank and it was almost a month now. So I decided to use other debit cards that was accepted by paypal. Infact almost all the banks here in our country was already accepting paypal and they have better customer service and fast transactions rather than union bank so I guess I'll stick to other banks.

hmmm, just got mine yesterday ., i actually ask them if they still process eon card and they said yes.,.there is also an issue with regards of debit cards, most of them takes too long to process ., so i didn't choose that option.,i'd rather have this eon card cause i know that this will be a better option for paypal.,when you see their website it's in there that they are really affiliate ., and they got lots of info regarding paypal ., unlike the other bank ., they don't even know what paypal is and can't even give us the correct bank code.,

When did you applied for that eon card? I have been waiting my card for a month now but the unionbank employees does not even know when my card will be released. I have lots of friends too got some problems with unionbank accounts specially on eon card. Lucky you! Good to hear that you haven't had any problems with them. With regards to bank codes I never had any problems with that. I even use those codes in connecting my accounts to paypal and I was succeeded. I even got my money from paypal faster than the said date. Like instead of 5 days it cuts to 2-3 days. Thanks for your concern but I am much happier with the banks that I am using now with paypal and I think I'd better stick on them rather than using eon card. Another thing I don't like the customer service of unionbank. They seen not knowledgeable on thier products.

Cool. Glad you did manage it. I do the same process, the only difference is the bank name. I used mbtc and it takes 3 days to transfer the fund. You have pointed out the very important things to do this process, this is to have the same bank account informations in paypal and the real local bank account informations. All the best,Agihcam
