The first one that comes to mind is "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Arguably the funniest book about the Apocalypse ever written.I wouldn't say it was good, because of the subject matter, just interesting, but if you have a weak stomach or heart, this book might not be for you.
I don't want to talk to much about it for those that haven't read it, but its basically a true story about a horribly abused boy in California.
I read the story when I was like 15 and it (along with other things) made me realize I wanted to go into the social work field.
There is two more books in the trilogy that I haven't read yet which I hope to get this week.
(Sorry it's a bit of a ramble)

I guess the Bible is the best books I've ever read. I used books because it has many books. It's like a library of good books. And it really is the best book for me. Other than that I'd say hmm...Purpose Driven Life and Tuesdays with Morrie.

The Bible is the greatest book I have ever read - It continues to change me - and helps me to grow closer to God and my family and friends. I read the Bible daily and know I would not be who I am today without it. I'd also say Gone with the Wind - Books by Charles Dickens are some of the greatest I have read.
