we can write down our native language and the language we want to learn here and find out the one that matches. or share msn,skype chinese english, want to learn french.

That sounds like a really interesting idea. I have some Croatian and Serbian music here, I'd love to know what it is all about. I'm sure there are a lot of people around on here who understand Croatian and Serbian (basically the same language, just a slightly different accent and a few new words).
